We get feedback - Part 2
Some users of our conference facilities also added additional comments about the service they received, all of which (good and bad) are given below. Wherever we could act on a suggestion for improvement, we did so.
"Lovely space. Great flexible venue and very helpful staff. Nice food. Ideas for improvement: Would be great to have user controls for the lights - not so eco-friendly to have lights on, blinds drawn during the day. Please don't use individually wrapped biscuits or sugar or milk. More seasonal fruit - no strawberries in April. make more info available about your lovely bike parking. Thanks for all your help with minor changes."

I was disappointed that someone was not there to show us around on the site visit. I had a few questions which I then had to come back to the office and email to Sorby House."
