We get feedback - Part 2

Some users of our conference facilities also added additional comments about the service they received, all of which (good and bad) are given below. Wherever we could act on a suggestion for improvement, we did so.

"Lovely space. Great flexible venue and very helpful staff. Nice food. Ideas for improvement: Would be great to have user controls for the lights - not so eco-friendly to have lights on, blinds drawn during the day. Please don't use individually wrapped biscuits or sugar or milk. More seasonal fruit - no strawberries in April. make more info available about your lovely bike parking. Thanks for all your help with minor changes."

We want to make sure we provide the best service we can for customers so after every event we host in our conference facilities we ask the organisers if they can fill out a feedback form and tell us if there is anything we could improve.

How healthy are you?

Today I found out that I have a perfectly acceptable blood pressure and body-mass index but my cholesterol is a little high and I could do with eating more fruit and veg and doing a little exercise now and then.

All it took was 10 minutes of my time while I dropped in to the free NHS health check session which is on every day this week at Sorby House.

If you want to know how healthy you are and get advice on living a healthy lifestyle, quitting smoking or losing weight, why not drop in between 10am and 3pm and find out? They will only be here until Friday 26th February though so be quick.

New Tenants for 2010

We would like to welcome several new tenants who have moved in to offices at Sorby House since the New Year.

Chartwell Healthcare, You Study and Jabir Ahmad have moved in during January and February while Morgan Dias Immigration Consultants are due to move in to their office in March.

This continues the progress Sorby House has made over the past 12 months which, despite the economic climate, has seen steadily climbing occupancy levels for our office space.
